True nourishment comes not only from what’s on your plate (secondary nutrition), but also from the quality of your relationships, your sense of purpose, your environment, your alignment, and your connection to joy (primary nutrition). Primary vs. Secondary Nutrition
Secondary nutrition—the food you eat—is important, and we’ll discuss ways to support your body with nourishing meals. But our deeper work focuses on what we call primary nutrition: the 12 essential areas that feed your heart and soul. These include spirituality, creativity, finances, career, education, health, physical activity, home cooking, home environment, relationships, social life, and joy. When one or more of these areas are out of balance, it often shows up in unhealthy habits, stress, or a sense of dissatisfaction.
By identifying which aspects of your primary nutrition need attention, you can make meaningful and lasting changes in your overall health and well-being.
The Circle of Life Tool
To begin, each client completes an initial intake and engages with the Circle of Life tool. This powerful self-assessment invites you to rate your satisfaction in each of the 12 areas of primary nutrition on a scale of 1 to 10. A score of 10 reflects deep fulfillment, while a score of 1 highlights an area where you feel unsatisfied. This visual “snapshot” of your life gives us a starting point for our journey together and helps you see where imbalances may be holding you back.
Our 12-Week Health and Wellness Coaching Program
Our signature health and wellness coaching program spans 12 weeks and is designed to create lasting transformation. Each week, you’ll meet with your coach for a 60-minute session. Together, we will:
- Review your progress and celebrate your wins.
- Explore challenges and uncover what may be keeping you stuck.
- Set clear intentions and identify practical action steps.
- Customize your unique “wellness recipe”—a personalized plan to support your body, mind, and spirit.
